Join me for a peek into my own personal daily yoga practice complete with a lovely Yoga Nidra Savasana at the end. This is a variation of an advanced slow flow I practice regularly. I created this one rather off the cuff so please excuse any imperfections. I hope you enjoy 😉

And, here’s a little tip for bringing yourself to presence anytime anywhere…
When we direct our attention to memories of presence, happiness or joy… we are actually going to that experience in ourselves without having to change anything externally. We can use this technique as a process to have presence, happiness and joy no matter the “content" of our lives. It is the quickest route to the life experience we want to have! This is a process of redirecting the attention to the Awareness we are, and OFF the illusion of Ego. This is a moment by moment opportunity to step out of the “Dark Room” and back into the “Light Room”. It is Practice. We are pure Awareness, pure Consciousness, pure Love. The world is in us. We are not in the world. We therefore, create the world we are in.

Namaskaram. Join me for a soothing, slow yoga flow. Prepare to balance your chakras, breath deeply and get your prana flowing freely once again. We can probably all use a bit of uplifting relaxation and centering during the current period of self isolation and quarantine. Sending you all my love.

"Becoming a genuine individual requires learning the
oppositions within oneself. Those who fail or refuse to face the oppositions
within have no choice but to find enemies to project
upon. Enemy simply means a "not-friend;" unless a
person deals with the not-friend within they require enemies around them."

-Michael Meade

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my
imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is
limited. Imagination encircles the world.”

-Albert Einstein

"You are that vast thing that you see far, far off with great

-Alan Watts

"We learn by practice. Whether it means to learn to dance by
practicing dancing or to learn to live by practicing living, the principles are
the same. One becomes in some area an athlete of God."

-Martha Graham

“I have no special talents. I am only passionately curious.”

-Albert Einstein

Knowing others is intelligence; knowing yourself is true
wisdom. Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power. If you
realize that you have enough, you are truly rich.

Love is never afraid of

When I let go of who I am, I become what I might be.

The art of living… is neither careless drifting on the one
hand nor fearful clinging to the past on the other.  It consists in being sensitive to each moment, in regarding
it as utterly new and unique, in having the mind open and wholly receptive.
