Yoga Nidra is not simply a relaxation technique… It is incredibly powerful! Ancient Yogis have used it for millennia to cure dis-ease, improve creativity, enhance personality in a positive way, and enable realization of our deepest heart’s desire. Indulge in a deeply restorative hour of self care and rejuvenation, renewing and refreshing your spirit!
Manifest your Deepest Heart’s Desires via a magical journey into the fertile layers of the subconscious mind. Using ancient yogic techniques learned in India, Jayashrii (Juliane) will guide us through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience (equivalent to 5-6 hours sleep) as we plant the seeds of our deepest heart’s desire into our incredibly powerful subconscious mind.
Be forewarned, the resolve you make is bound to come true! While a single session is powerful, the cumulative affects of regular Yoga Nidra are truly extraordinary.
SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Wear comfortable, warm clothing as we will be in Savasana for the duration.
-Prepare a spot with several blankets/firm pillows on the floor or, even better, on a firm sofa or bed.
-Ensure that you will not be disturbed.

What was said to the rose
that made it open
was said to me
here in my chest.
What was told the cypress
that made it strong and straight,
what was whispered the jasmine
so it is what it is,
whatever made sugarcane sweet,
whatever was said
to the inhabitants of the town of Chigil
in Turkestan that makes them so handsome,
whatever lets the pomegranate flower
blush like a human face,
that is being said to me now.
I blush.
Whatever put eloquence in language,
that’s happening here.
The great warehouse doors open;
I fill with gratitude,
chewing a piece of sugarcane,
in love with the one
to whom every that belongs!

This gorgeous flavor bomb in the form of a Festive Holiday Orange and Olive Salad is a beautiful feast for the eyes and tastebuds alike. Perfect to serve as a lovely pre-holiday-meal appetizer/salad to awaken the palate. So very simple to prepare and packed full of sweet, tangy, buttery zing!

Recipe for delicious Festive Holiday Orange & Olive Salad (serves 4-6 small plates)
4 clementines sliced into rounds
4 blood oranges sliced into rounds
1/3 cup halved pitted green olives
3 Tbsp finely diced red onion
2 ripe avocados, scored into small/medium cubes
Juice of 1/2 lime (for gently tossing w/ avocado to keep from oxidizing)
Extra virgin olive oil to drizzle on top
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
Arrange sliced citrus rounds on a beautiful plate. Gently toss avocado in lime juice being careful not to bruise. Scatter prepared olives, diced red onion and cubed avocado over top citrus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy the burst of flavors!
